The room was super clean and luxurious! Everything felt neat and well-organized. The complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and ice cream were a lovely treat. The staff was cute and helpful throughout my visit.
The elevator was small.

The location is near the center of everything. This made exploring so easy. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, very convenient. It is a unique building.

The central location was perfect for walking to attractions. Michaelangelo's David, and the Uffizi with Botticelli's Spring were nearby. The hotel served an excellent breakfast on the eating terrace. I could taste Chianti with my morning meal. The room was good for one person, well maintained and easily accessible.
The elevator was minuscule and ancient. It was difficult to access the fourth floor with luggage. Rooms are small. Rooms are only accessible by stairs.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They were also very professional. The staff customized morning cappuccinos and this was a cute touch.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the main square. Museums and Ponte Vecchio are a few blocks away. Everything was walkable from this spot. Water and coffee were free. Pastries were available any time. I also appreciated the responsive staff. They always answered questions quickly. The room had good AC and large storage for our suitcases.
The reception is on the fourth floor. An ancient minuscule elevator provides access. This setup is difficult for people with heavy luggage.

The hotel has an excellent location adjacent to the Duomo. This proximity made it easy to walk to the train station. The front desk was helpful 24 hours a day. They always tried their best to assist with any questions.
I almost did not find the hotel initially. It occupies the fourth floor of a building. A very old and narrow lift is required to reach the reception.
